Now you have to great family golf vacations that you can take to many different destinations. Make sure to keep all your family members in mind when you are planning your trip and ask about dress codes and policies at the courses so you won't be surprises when you arrive.

The last thing you want is a grump out there while you are golfing so if you have to go with later tee times to make sure everybody is up and happy, then do it. If you have younger children you might want to pack some snacks and a few short activities to keep the entertained if they start to get bored. Also, make sure you pick children friendly courses to play because not all courses welcome children and the last thing you want is a course that is going to look down on you for trying to get your kids involved in golf.

Family Golf Vacations

The first option is to take a family vacation that includes golf for you. This would be the option for the families that only have one or two members that enjoy golf. The idea behind this option is to set up your tee times so that they don't interfere with other family activities. You want to be able to play the amount of golf you want to play, but you also want to relax with your family. This is how you can do that.

Plan your vacation to a destination that will have something that the whole family will enjoy. This could be a beach, a resort with a nice pool, or anything else that is going to be close by that everybody in the family likes. Then, find yourself a couple of golf courses that are close by and schedule your tee times for the morning. That way the members in your family that don't golf can sleep in while you are golfing and you will be done in time to enjoy time with your family. You may need a short nap in the afternoon, but you can take your nap while everybody else is at the beach or the pool and still have plenty of time for the family.
